Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns or exchanges only if:
- You received a damaged product.
- You received the wrong item.
To be eligible, you must:
- Email us at aabolijewellery777@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.
- Share your Order ID and an unedited unboxing video clearly showing the issue (from package opening to defect).
Returns must be:
- Approved by our team.
- Unworn and in original packaging.
- Shipped back within 48 hours of approval.
If approved, we'll offer a replacement or exchange. If the item is out of stock, you may choose another product of equal value.
No refunds or store credits are provided.
Exchanges Will Not Be Accepted For:
- Size or color variations (especially in natural stones and handmade jewellery)
- Incorrect address or missed deliveries.
- Items damaged due to misuse or wear.
- Parcels returned in used or poor condition.
- Personal preferences or change of mind.
